1. Returns Policy (Hardware Only)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the item is:

Faulty

Damaged on arrival

Not as described

Photos or videos showing the fault
If approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item.
The unit must be returned in reasonable condition with all cables, straps, chargers, and accessories.
Digital services are non-refundable, including:

Medway slot bookings

Private hire bookings
-
Digital ad design
-
Reel creation
-
Content formatting
⭐ 2. Manufacturer’s Warranty (12 Months)
All A360 billboard units come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering:

Screen malfunctions
-
Battery defects
-
Internal hardware faults not caused by misuse
-
Component failure under normal use
This warranty does NOT cover:
-
Accidental damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
-
Damage caused by incorrect charging or non-approved chargers
-
Damage caused by modification or repair attempts
-
Cosmetic wear (scratches, marks, and straps wearing down)
-
Damage caused by weather exposure outside recommended conditions
-
Theft or loss
-
Commercial misuse (dropping while walking, collisions, improper storage)
⭐ 3. Repairs Policy & Options
If your unit develops a problem after 30 days or outside warranty, we can help you arrange:
✔ Manufacturer-approved repair
We will liaise with the manufacturer and advise on the correct repair route.
✔ Paid parts replacement
If the repair requires replacement parts (screens, straps, batteries, frames), we will provide a quote from the manufacturer.
✔ Troubleshooting support
We offer guidance for common issues such as:

Screen not powering

Battery not charging
-
Brightness irregularities
-
Content looping issues
-
Connectivity problems

❗ Repairs we cannot provide:
A360 does not perform in-house hardware repairs to avoid voiding your manufacturer's warranty.
⭐ 4. Misuse & Damage Exclusions (Important)
The following issues are not covered by returns or warranty:

Breaking the unit while walking

Damage from rain or outdoor use outside the guidelines
-
Battery swelling due to incorrect charging

Cracked screens
-
Loose internal components caused by dropping
-
Damage from extreme heat or cold
-
Electrical shorts from third-party chargers
-
Strap breakage caused by overloading or rough handling

Modifying the casing or firmware
⭐ 5. “Own Your Billboard” – Non-Returnable Situations
Because units are imported to order, the following situations cannot be refunded:

Changed mind
-
Ordered the wrong size
-
No longer need the unit
-
Business closure or change of plan
-
Buyer budgeting errors
-
Delivery delays are outside our control
-
Damage caused after successful delivery
Under UK law, bespoke or specialist order imports are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
⭐ 6. Digital Advertising Services – No Refunds
Once booked and confirmed, the following services cannot be refunded:

Private Hire

Exclusive Hire
-
Artwork resizing
-
Content creation
-
Reel editing
-
Flyer distribution
-
Graphic design
These are time-based services and are treated as delivered once your slot is confirmed.
⭐ 7. Exchanges
Exchanges will only be offered if:

The item arrives faulty
-
The item arrives damaged
-
The manufacturer confirms a defective part
We will arrange a replacement unit where available.
