📄 Photography Terms & Conditions: A360 Micro Digital
1. Booking and Payments

Payment in Full: All photography sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: * Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot are eligible for a credit note or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable due to the loss of the allocated time slot.

In the event of extreme weather (for outdoor shoots), A360 Micro Digital reserves the right to reschedule to the next available date.

2. Usage Rights & Marketing Consent

A360 Usage Rights: By booking and paying for this service, the Client grants A360 Micro Digital full permission and a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the resulting photographs and video footage for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Display on A360 Digital Billboard Backpacks.

Promotional content on A360 social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).

Use on the A360 Micro Digital website and in professional portfolios.

Client Usage: Upon delivery of the images, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for their own business marketing, social media, and website.
3. Image Delivery

Editing: Professional editing (colour correction and optimisation for digital display) is included in the price.

Turnaround Time: Digital images will be delivered via a secure download link within 5 working days.

File Format: Images are provided in high-resolution JPEG format unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability & Performance

Cooperation: A360 Micro Digital is not responsible for compromised images due to the client's lateness or lack of cooperation.

Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of technical failure, equipment theft, or digital media corruption, A360 Micro Digital’s liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for the session.
