📄 A360 Medway - Ad Slots Terms & Conditions

1. Service & Booking
1.1. A360 Micro Digital ("We/Us") provides digital advertising slots on a moving billboard operating in Medway.
1.2. Clients ("You") can book one or more daily slots for a £25 fee per chosen high street location (Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Rainham).
1.3. Slots are available on advertised operating days (e.g., Wednesdays and Saturdays). A binding contract is formed when you complete the online booking and payment.

2. Payment & Fees
2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking via our online system (e.g., PayPal, debit, and credit cards).
2.2. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Client Content & Responsibility
3.1. You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisement.
3.2. Content must not be illegal, defamatory, misleading, or offensive or infringe on any third-party rights (including copyrights). We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that we deem unsuitable without providing a refund.
3.3. You must provide a final, approved 15-second video file in the specified format by the agreed deadline. We are not liable for errors in content you supply unless you have purchased design services.

4. Cancellation & Changes by Client
4.1. Bookings are for a specific date and location. We cannot guarantee changes or swaps.
4.2. If you cancel more than 7 days before the slot date, you will receive a 50% refund.
4.3. If you cancel within 7 days of the slot date, no refund will be issued.
4.4. To cancel, you must contact us in writing via email: a360microdigital@gmail.com

5. Cancellation by Us (A360 Medway)
5.1. We reserve the right to cancel a slot due to operational issues, unsafe weather, or equipment failure.
5.2. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your ad to the next available equivalent slot.

6. Performance & Limitations
6.1. We will make reasonable efforts to operate the advertised route on the booked day.
6.2. We do not guarantee specific viewer numbers, footfall, or business results from the service.
6.3. Our liability for failure to provide the service is limited to a refund of the fee paid for the affected slot.

 

7. General
7.1. These terms are governed by English law.
7.2. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of booking applies.
